    Unfortunately my experience with this agency was so very poor that I would say DO NOT USE THEM! The staff I dealt with had an APPALLING attitude, and were rude and dishonest.

    The other involved rudeness from staff - I guess that means either the agency is owner run and doesnt care or more likely the owner doesn't work there or keep tabs on things. Not all agents are equal!!

    But the best was yet to come. My other son visited a couple of times with his family including their little black dog. He ran around the front grass whilst we sat outside and we then took him up to the balcony where we sat having a drink. The property has a no pets policy. I understand that. I might point out that there is no carpet in the property and the timber floors are worn through to bare wood in the living areas - but that doesn't change the fact it is pet free. My youngest daughter at 13 is allergic to most dogs so I get that completely. This was a visit - just like I would allow a smoker (if I knew one) to smoke on the balcony I didn't think having a dog on the balcony would be an issue for REASONABLE PEOPLE.

    The agent rang me half way through the week to tell me the owner had driven by and seen the dog on the balcony. I explained the situation to her and I assured her there would be no problem as the dog had not been inside.

    DOG FRIENDLY means no fences, no enclosed yard. We turned up to our 'dog friendly'rental only to find it was a house on a block of land- completely open on all sides. Totally unacceptable for a dog friendly house. When I called the office to discuss the matter I was told only 2 of their properties have enclosed yards all the other dog friendly houses have open yards!? So strange! Weekend ruined - one family member having to stay on deck with dog when others out. Thanks Ray White!!

    To cut a long story short I received a cleaning fee of $60 from the agent which they had already taken from the bond. I had vacuumed the house twice during the week we were there, I washed doona covers and their dirty table mats. I isolated and told the agent about the rusty, unusable kitchen equipment that needed replacing, the dirty kettle, the filthy bbq, all of which I had to scrub to even use! And I get a cleaning bill! But, the unbelievable part is when they send me a photo (upon request) allegedly from their cleaners showing the most minute collection of sand - I am talking here of a level teaspoon - max - which they apparently swept from UNDERNEATH A BED with what they claimed to be hairs from the dog! WHITE hairs, no doubt left from the previous tenant, or the one before that as my son's little dog which does not shed has BLACK hair!

    I have no complaint about the cleaners - they arrived in a timely manner when they were summonsed, at the fault of the agent, upon our arrival and they did, as agreed, the most minimal quick vacuum around and cleaned the toilets and checked the bed linen. They simply did not have time and nor did I expect them to vaccum under beds and polish timber - I wanted to start my holiday and was being prevented to by an incompetent, and indeed overtly dishonest agent.

    I have since heard two other complaints about the same agent - one involving a bed where apparently the agent told the tenant they would be held liable for the replacement of a base that was apparently 20 years old or more and made from radiata pine slats that split when someone went to get out of bed!

    Upon our arrival I checked to see if we could access the property at 1pm as noted on the information sent to us. They said we could not because the property had not yet been cleaned. No problem - the information clearly said access from 1 only if it were ready. So we waited at the house as my son and his wife and baby daughter were there and she was asleep in her capsule. No cleaners arrived. I returned to the agency at 2pm and was handed the keys. There ensued a trail of misinformation and lies that would make a teenager blush. Upon their assurance the property had somehow now miraculously been cleaned I was given the keys. Clearly upon entering the property it had not been cleaned. I had to wait for cleaners to arrive and let them in to clean - they were there for 10-15 minutes max doing a basic run around removing the obvious. By this time it was about 3pm and we could start to unpack. No apology from the agent, no suggestion of any compensation for this appalling behaviour.
